The house is a familiar sight, I remember it from when we visited this lcoation in 2014! I even posted a picture from it, looking from the other side of this house down towards your beloved Volos.

Sign of the times, when TE members have become reporters from war-afflicted states... The way the refugees are mostly welcomed is a sign of hope, but the whole scene fills me with sadness.

Great interior shot of this Armenian church in Lviv. Armenians...there's another proud people who, like the Ukranians now, have had a hard time in history, even in very recent history that is, cf. the still smouldering troubles with Azerbeidjan. I still feel "war" and "21st century" don't go together, but I realize I'm speaking from a priviliged bubble.

Great shot from this original fun(d)raiser for what's happening in Ukraine. Good ol'Elvis even managed to sneak a reference to Ukranian flag in his attire. No photograhpical masterpiece, but it strikes a great chord here and I love it.

Glad to see Elvis is alive and well and living in Lancashire.

Het is vreemd hoe je plots overal dat blauw/geel ziet. Ik heb dat ook (meestal zonder camera bij). Zo zie je maar wat voor een sterke indruk die gebeurtenissen maken. Iets anders dan de niet minder indrukwekkende serie religieuze gebouwen, maar minstens even mooi.

Strange how many people seem to discover that yellow/blue pattern almost everywhere these days. It goes to show how much the sad events in Ukraine are on people's minds.

Great religious artwork picture, Malgo. Sadly in occasion with the news. The blue/yellow of the shrine reminds me of the Ukraine flag. Not sure if this was intended like that by the religious artisans.

Nice layer of shade on the old walls, providing a third layer in the scene: sky, walls, shade. The twin towers of (real) tower and palm tree provide a nice touch on the right.
