Canon 20D Filters

Are the internal filters on a Canon 20D for black & white only or can they be set for colour shots and if they can how to set them

I am about to purchase a Canon 20D but I am unsure which lens to buy, I require the lens to photograph landscapes in low light any help would be appreciated

That particular part of the wood is very overgrown and not much light gets through thus making a longer exposure
