You did noticed this :). I tried a tips from a member here that if we wanted to resize for TE, it's better to resize it gradually along with sharpening after each resizing.
It appeared...

I don't know why you can't do workshop with your own photos, hope it's just a temporary problem that will be fixed later.
If you upload a photo, there's an option to allow others doing workshop on...
