To jasper: Innocence

I want to signify the child's innocence, not her clothing, not her poverty. When I look at this picture, I see something beyond worldly things like clothing, I see purity, I see divinity, I see god.

To rajhema: Portrait of a girl

Hi,

I have no idea why she is so sad. I liked the expression on her face, that's all.

To sohrab: Village girl

Thanks a lot, Sohrab. You are right, the pic lacks contrast. When I tried to increase contrast, I lost a lot of details. I've never tried dodging and burning. I need to learn PS more and I would do...

To oochappan: Fun in chaos

Thanks oochappan. I have a wider shot too; but, this one is much better. And no, 650px is not difficult at all; but, keeping the file size within TE limits (while maintaining quality) certainly is.

To sengir: Tribal Bridegroom

Thanks Sengir. Chhattisgarh is indeed forgotten and neglected. Since I live here, I consider it my duty to show the world the real, rich and colourful face of Chhattisgarh.
