To coco: flash

Hi Coco

Nope, didn't use flash. Tried to expose the foreground properly which overexposed the highlight.
Burnt the highlight down a little on PP.

Thanks a bunch

I am in Gran canaria for the past 6-7 days (came for a conference, NOT for travelling) and can hardly spend a minute on TE. However I wanted to stop by and wish you and your family the...

Re: What constitutes a "Pet"?

It may have been deleted by some automatic word-check or something. Did you use the word 'pet' anywhere in the title/text?
Otherwise, there should not be any reason why TE would not allow you to...

I think you got it Valeria. A thin black border (as opposed to a black frame) would have solved it. A happy compromise between George and me.

You don't like the polka frame?

Re: To prantik: No EXIF info

That BW shot does look darn good. Yeah, taking a good shot of waterfalls on film could get as expensive as the parking fee at Niagara. You got that one right though.

Re: To Polonaise: inexperienced photographer

I will indeed, my friend. However, it can't be straight from the camera. It is straight from the camera, to it's plastic shell, to darkroom, to scanner, to CD, to you.

Re: Delete a critique

So, I strongly urge Koko to...
