Hello Ike,

Thanks for your critique. Fourteenth Street and the area around Union Square have changed a lot in the past twenty years. Like in other parts of the city, many small shops have been replaced by larger, chain stores, and New York University has a lot of real estate in the area, too. It's definitely not as gritty as it used to be...
