Hello James,
This is a great composition with a very interesting play of light and shadows and nicely desaturated colours. The boy makes me think of Jean-Pierre Léaud in "Les quatre cents coups", a great movie I hope you have seen. I had to add this to my favourites. Maybe you noticed that already yesterday when I had run out of critiques. Also, I don't remember if I ever thanked you for adding me to your favourites. If not, I do it now. I am honoured.

Thanks for your comments. I really enjoy looking at your pictures.
Regarding this photo - yes, you're right, it does sort of bring to mind the young Antoine Doinel.
