Hi Slawomir,
In Photoshop open the image.
Go to Layer>duplicate layer>as background copy.
Select Layer>Layer style>Blending options> in the scroll box called Blend mode select Screen.
Go to Layer>Add layer mask>reveal all
Select the brush tool and black colour
Paint everywhere that you do not want lightened ie the sky.
