Hi Richard,
Enter something like the following: [a href="http://www.petersdesk.com/ImageSizing/PF/index.htm" target="_blank"]Using PhotoFiltre to Resize[/a] For the purpose of showing you how to make a link I have used "[" and "]". Use the < and > instead. They are above your comma key and period key. When you use the < and > in the above example you will get this instead Using PhotoFiltre to Resize So your href= is the actual link. The target="_blank" causes a new window to be opened for your link. The text Using PhotoFiltre to Resize is the actual text you want people to click on to activate the link. The [/a] closes the statement. Hope that helps! Peter |

Don't worry Richard - there are plenty of us technologically challenged members!:) When I was struggling with inserting a weblink I found the following example from TE's FAQ section useful. Hope you do too, if you haven't seen it already.

Ooops, I think I just proved my point about not being a tech genius. If you click on the "About" link (top of screen) and go FAQ and look at point 12, you'll find what I was trying to copy and paste. Instead I activated the link itself. Mmmmm ... more brain food needed for me I think.

Richard,
Welcome to the 'dumbass club'. Hopefully, most of us have some sort of idea how to take pictures, but I am in the same club as you when it comes to adding links etc. |

Bonjour à tous!
Actually, the way of making links has been described in ABOUT > FAQ, point 12. :o) Or, if you want to open a new window: <a href="http://www.treklens.com" target="new window">This is a link to TrekLens</a> Amicalement - Viviane |
