The man is camouflaged in the boat:) It has a great cone hat..
But i think the municipality does not work properly because the water looks dirty:)
The small vessel seems old but nice vessel..:)

You are right Mesut
 The water was ugly and dirty, believe it or not, this narrow canal is the heart of the unesco heritage, either side the ancient japanese and chinese buildings have turned into cafes and restaurants, with hoards of western tourists, this is like the venice of veitnam. cheers sayeed
