really interesting 'mood' on this photo.
tonemapped, what is it exactly? NEF? please if you got time explain me a bit, cuz i can't figure out what is it in your photo that makes it so nicely toned =]

now for the answers.. yeah it felt like HDR, I experimented a few times with it, but somehow with semi-good results (see in my photos that STOP sign, and few more)
