Hallo Ben ,looks like a sort of HDR effect,I like the very dark sky and the depth youve created into the harbour,this is good work.

Actually it's not HDR. I always shoot in RAW, than postprocess in PS. In this case I shifted the temperature, vibrance, highlights, luminance blue and aquas, lens vignetting and sharpening.
