Hi,
I saw the WS you post on this pic. and I checked it out - rotation was due , but only less than 1 degree (0.95 exactly), and this according to pole's line. You had over-rotated it. Please accept this as a constructive critique. Sincerely Ike |

Hello Mary. Thank you for the skillful workshop. The result is fine. Normally I turn the pictures into the correct horizontal or vertical. In this specific case, I liked the picture tilt to the left because it seemed more dynamic. Basically, it is better to respect the reality. Thank you again for the workshop.
My thanks also for Ike. Regards, Wolfgang. |

Hello Wolfgang,
Thanks for your generous reply. As you know, I know and love your work, so I suspected that you had deliberately retained the tilt. I completely agree that it adds to the drama. I was not happy to have made a "tamer" version but my eyes -- as opposed to my heart -- preferred the more accurate version on balance. Best regards, Mary To Ike, Thanks but check again! Mary |

Hello Ike,
Thanks for the criticism -- taken constructively. I checked it again and will grant you 0.5 degrees but it takes 2.5 to get the lamppost vertical. I felt and still feel a bit awkward about doing the WS -- see my response to Wolfgang. Many thanks again. Sincerely, Mary |
