Hi Leslie,
Nice presentation here of an everyday scene.
Good use of the horizon not being centered as is seen so often.
B/W treatment works well here offering a good deal of contrast.
Point to note you have lens distortion on the horizon creating a bulge like effect.
Common on wide angle lenses, Light room 3 is really good for fixing it
