Hi Jorge,food photographs are always very interesting to me. This is the enlarged version of Italian ravioli, which I tried in Georgia 4 years ago. The filling is good and there are different versions, unfortunately the pasta is made without eggs like we do, and it loses some flavor. Have a nice evening and thanks,Luciano

yes, the pasta of pelmeni is more soft, but it has more things inside than raviolli. and of course the tomato sauce add a big difference.
