Can you please try bypassing your cache: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipe...ass_your_cache And see if that works? Do you have another device (phone, tablet, etc) you could try to leave critiques with?

I have made a criticism with the phone and it has worked, but I would like to do it better from the PC. I entered the page you indicated and followed instructions ... I cleared the cache of the PC. I hope it works here now too. Thank you very much for the help!

Acabo de probar en la PC y sigo siendo el mismo. Cuando lo intento, este es el mensaje que sale: te quedan 20 comentarios por hoy. Espere 10:12:49 horas para recibir 20 comentarios nuevamente. Las revisiones se actualizan alrededor de la 1 a.m. PST.

There isn't much tech can do. Since you are able to leave critiques on other browsers and devices, it is an issue with your browser. Oter options would be to use your other devices/browsers or uninstall and re-install your main browser (although that is a major pain and deletes a bunch of information for other sites and settings, so I don't recommend it).
