Hi Ike,
I wonder whether it is the same type of parrot which I recently photographed on Lanzarote:

It seems to have green wings and red beak but hard to tell more.

To mkamionka: Karameri parrot
It is the same parrot specie, Mariusz.
This is an invading specie, came to Israel in the early 90th, though it is a beautiful bird. Strong and noisy squawk yet beautifuil green color's. Good evening, Ike
