Hi Kath,

This is a nice shot and as you say, it's great for giving the overall view which includes Roseberry Topping and Captain Cooks Monument. I think you did a great job of capturing the light and f/4.5 works fine here.

I take it from your notes you were working in shutter priority mode, is this how you usually work? I find on landscape shots, I tend to be working in aperture priority mode, as working with a tripod makes me concentrate on the DOF more than the shutter speed (not in all occasions though).

I almost always work in aperture priority, but I was looking for a hand-holdable speed ie 1/60sec so switched on this occasion.
