HI Keith,
Interesting picture with nice motion blur. In order to enhance the move I would suggest you to crop from the left side a bit.

If you fill the details of the image it would be interesting too.

Yes, I considered cropping from the left but I preferred to leave the roundabout sign in the frame to add colour and meaning. Ooops! I must have lost image details when I cropped the sky. I've now added those.
