PROBLEM: Characters in French

Now the problem of garbled "un-English" letters in the critiques seems to have been solved in a peculiar way: Critiques written in Swedish, French, Italian and probably many other languages don't appear at all under the headlines "critiques received" or "critiques written". They are only seen when clicking at the photo and looking at the critiques underneath it. Among the "critiques received" I only see the signature of whoever wrote to me, and then the link for "reply" (which is another thing that hasn't functioned properly for quite a while now).

I saw another problem. When you edit your picture in french, the title text input for french language is empty when it has accents within it.

Today instead of seeing full text replies I am seeing this instead: [Reply]

I opened a few of them and all of them have French or other accents.

Yes I still have the problem.
For example when I edit this picture to change the comment for example :

The title text input is empty.

Whilst the problem has been largely solved for English speakers, there still remain issues as of today as regards certain punctuation characters such as quotation marks, apostrophes and colons.

Also, no EXIF data is being displayed despite this being made available by users.
