Change profile

Strange but I cannot change my profile,
if I update I get the following message : "Cannot execute intro_query"
Can someone here give some help ?

It has been impossible to change the profile for months. Several members have mentioned this but it has been neglected. Most probably the problem got lost among several more urgent issues and has then just been forgotten.

So what we're sort of learning now is that users of the "Beta" version or foreign language versions of TrekEarth are often having this trouble. A work around for now should be to have your language set to "English" in the upper right corner (where you log in/out). This should allow you to update your profile without problem.

Hi Joël,

I am not using Beta and I always use the english version but I just gave it a try a few minutes ago and I get "Invalid query2" and nothing changes...

Hi Ghost999. Is this still happening on your end? I didn't get it on mine. What browser/operating system are you using?
