Welcome to TE first of all. This picture definitely deserves more appreciation that what it currently has. It would have been an outstanding shot if not for the composition that I feel could have been improved.
You should have moved around and experimented with different shots if the rider was moving slowly. For me the clutter in the foreground is certainly a disturbing factor, it takes away the dreamy appearance of the picture. I therefore have tried to post a WS with a crop of that area.
