Hi Henk,
It was not a loudspeaker on the right, but the housing or reflector of the floodlights of the basketball court. Usually, in most places in our country, basketball game is a national past time specially during the summer nights. That if you will observed, in every town at the same hours of the night there is a basketball league/competition happening. Thanks Regie
