about scanners

Please, can someone recommend me regarding a good scanner for converting slides (diapositives) into photos?

Hello Docarmo -


I really thing the best scanners are the dedicated film scanners and to that end I would recommend the Nikon CoolScan 5000 - it is expensive and worth every cent. You maybe able to still find a Nikon CoolScan 4000 (the one I utilize) from a reputable used camera retailer. Both of these scanners are for the 35 mm format and will do slides and negatives.
