Hello Dimitris,
Another nice shot of Kavala, looks like a pretty town!
Nice composition and light, nice natural colours. Perhaps it could use a bit of sharpening, but I think not as much as Craig did in his workshop.
Is your camera really a Nikon F50? A film camera? Sometimes you post your photos within a day or two of taking them. How do you do that with film? Just curious :-)
Have a nice evening, Dasha

Thank you for your comments Dasha.
As regards my machine is NIKON F50, and forestall many times in TE and lift the picture quickly because the prints in the lab of a friend. But I think to buy the NIKON D5000. My warm regards, Dimitris |

Good evening, Dimitris,
Thanks for your note. And congratulations on crossing 500 points! You are lucky to have a photo-lab friend! Now I understand the speed. But it must still cost you a lot to buy film and have the prints made... That was one of the decisive things for me in getting a DSLR - to have the freedom to shoot and learn without spoiling film :-) As for your choice of camera, I think it is not a bad one (although I prefer Canon :-)). My brother is a camera expert (he tests cameras and equipment and writes reviews for a large shop, does on-line consulting for customers and teaches photo seminars) and he just recently recommended the D5000 and the 18-105 mm lens to my aunt. Have a nice Sunday! Dasha |
