The same couple, a photo from Boa Vista, Barlavento

This is one more picture taken from the viewpoint called Morro de Areia. My previous photo was zoomed in and slightly more to the left:

I wanted to show two photos from there. The previous one allowed to better see the couple of people walking along the beach and possibly some more details of the sand. This photo shows a little bit wider the great expanse of the sand dunes area. The people turn more into tiny dots. Over the whole time we spent in this viewpoint, the couple managed to walk quite a substantial distance along the beach. They were the only people down there as far as we could see. On the viewpoint we briefly met another jeep tour. No crowds there yet.

Morro de Areia translates as a “sand hill”, and it has 167 m altitude. The very long sandy beach stretching many kilometers on the right hand side is called Praia de Chaves.

I like the repetition of the scalloped patterns of the dunes shaped by the wind. The couple in the bg animate the scene and once again that incredible blue green water. Tfs!

A really nice view of the beach here again, the shapes of the sand in the middle are really attractive and also the wider view in the distance looks good towards the distant land. Also that tiny couple makes a good detail.

marvelous the texture of the dunes in FG with these fake holes and the colorful sea ahead with the long strip of land at the end. a very beautiful place and photo.

Hello Mariusz, the two tiny dots that are the couple from your earlier shot really emphasise the vast expanse of this amazing beach.
Looking at the undulating sand dunes, I imagine that it would be quite difficult walking down towards the sea, from here.
The colour of the sea is so beautiful.

A great photo of these pristine looking sand hills, sea and lone walkers. There is not the slightest sign of tracks left by people.

This photo is one of the ones I liked the most on this island, I love that great dune that is also a beach, it is very original with that kind of holes formed I suppose due to the effect of the wind, it is also ideal to see that sand without any footprint, the sea as in all the previous ones has a wonderful color.
Good perspective of the image, very pleasing to the eye.
Colour, sharpness and luminosity are effectively managed.
Very good composition, magnificent presentation.
