Hi Lukasz.
It's strange that you haven't got any critiques on this one. It is divided nicely into great parts. The highways goes everywhere in the foreground, and the long exposure time makes that nice effect. You also show a great POV for the city. I have a friend who lived in Auckland for two years, and I think it is a beautiful city. Well done!

Bottom half makes a great photo, but the top is dead. I would sacrifice the tower and crop to a panorama of the highways.
