Gratulation - Du bist hier auf TE ja sehr aktiv und erfolgreich - dieses Bild ist es wirklich Wert die Nr. 400 zu sein, die Atmosphäre is so toll, das Licht, der Schnee, wunderbar. Nachdem sich auf TN viele Mitglieder verabschieden weil sie Angst haben, der Betreiber dieser Seite könne ihre Bilder anderweitig verwenden, ist es dort einsam und traurig geworden. Also steige ich wieder hier ein, habe bei TE länger pausiert, freue mich nun, so viele Bekannte zu treffen.

ich habe gerade einen kurzen Blick in deine Galerie geworfen und dabei ist mir sofort dieses Jubiläumsbild aufgefallen. Wunderschöne Orangetöne im Himmel und sogar teilweise im Schnee. Die untergehende Sonne und die dunkle Silhouette von dem Baum links sind toll im Bild positioniert. Ein wirklich würdiges Jubiläumsphoto. Herzlichen Glückwunsch auch noch.

Ooooh. I really like this, Braca! Orange is one of my very favorite colors, and black/dark on orange is better yet.

This is a perfect composition with the lone tree reaching out from the left side of the frame, almost like it desires to touch the waning sun in an effort to warm up. I love the undulations of the snowdrifts, which are made even softer by the reflected light. The softness in the sky evokes a sort of longing feeling, yet it's also very peaceful. In contrast, the crisp outlines of the tree's trunk and branches serve to bring us back to reality.

Masterfully done, and hearty congrats on your 200th post, (I know I'm coming late to the party here!).
