Hello Gunnar - you must eagle eyes to have seen this. It's impressively captured; the feel one experiences walking under a bridge is all there. I love the shimmering reflections on the wall and then again reflected in the water.

Hello Gunnar,

Well, this is a very, very different type of photograph to the ones we usually see from you. But yet it is very well seen and very well captured too. Just the sort of sight which we all must have seen at one time or another, yet never had the wit actually to think of taking a photograph!

The light is glorious as are the reflections and the colours which range from warm reds and yellows to beautiful and subtle shades of blue. A very fine composition is which the "X" features so prominently - almost like a star - and stunning technical quality too with your usual impeccable details and sharpness.

Hello Gunnar,
Beautiful play of light and shadow that creates something unique. The old stones and the water below the bridge are lovely, and when you combine all the elements you find this simple yet attractive scene. For me, the phrase "x marks the spot" came to mind. :-)

The sun has created a real nice abstract here with its play of light and shadows on this peer here. It does look a bit like an X factor sign indeed, only thing missing is Mr. Simon Cowell and his buzzer.
The light is very pleasing and the colors beautiful.

Bonsoir Gunnar,

il fallait avoir un bon coup d'œil pour remarquer ce détail dû au reflet de l'eau sous ce pont .
Pour ma part , j'aurais supprimer la bande latérale droite et la partie inférieure pour ne laisser apparaître que le X . C'est juste une simple suggestion .
