Pearl Monument at Al-Faith Highway

The economical base for Bahrain is petroleum, oil refining, dhow building, fishing and pearl diving. Bahrain has long traditions in pearl diving. The underwater world of Manama has wrecks, reefs, caves and abundant species of fish, and turtles.

On the left you could see one of the 5-star hotels

Hi, Achim. A well-balanced composition with the work of art in the foreground and the hotels in the background to create interest. There are good contrasts between the white of the sculpture and hotels and the rest of the picture.

The pearl monument leads my eye toward the highrise buildings ehich is giving depth to the composition. It is also showing the details and colors of the architecture of the buildings. It is well framed. The cloudy sky is sending a light which is enhancing the colors. Have a nice day.

I would say there is nothing much special about the architecture here, except for a pretty monument but the fact that this presents a country which is not that popular among tourists and so exotic (at least for me) makes it extremely interesting and valuable here for me.
