Photographer's Note

You have some remarkable sunsets here. The place is about 30 km south of San Pedro de Atacama in the Atacama desert. There are several lagunas with flamingoes and as a backdrop (lathough not on this picture) you have the mighty Andes mountains and a whole range of volcanoes.

You have over exposed this shot intentionally I think and it works very well. Having the lone flamingo in this light really sets a mood here. Nicely done. By the way welcome to TE.
