Photographer's Note

Altenative title: "Einstein Pottery Dance"

Is it just my idea, or this fine gentleman really looks like Albert Einstein?
He is Mr Galip (also known as "Chez Galip" or "Galip Usta"). Checking back the Trekearth archives from the region of Nevsehir, I realized that Mr Galip is a real "star" in TE. Many photos of him and from different photographers. So here's my contribution to this "theme"!

In Avanos, a town known as the "capital" of pottery in Cappadocia, Mr. Galip is the master! You can visit his workshop and see him transforming mud into beautiful (and useful) work of art. If he aproaches you holding scissors, don't be afraid. He just wants to cut a few of your hair, he is a hair collector, has also a "Hair Museum"!
