Photographer's Note

This is a ranch located on Jackson Creek half way between Livingston and Bozeman. The mountains in the background are the Bridger Mountains. Named after "Jim Bridger" the explorer and frontiersman who plied the Montana wilderness in 1800's.

The farm is a wonderful place before the mountain group.
Also the snow tops make this picture very lovely.
Excellent panoramic view about these area.
These picture here is nice selected with a lot depth and perspective.

Very nicely composed with the buildings in the lower left balancing the hill on the left. Great detail from the flowers (are those dreaded dandelions?) in the foreground to the clouds.

The fresh green fields and grasslands are a pleasant sight in front of those impressive snowcapped peaks.
The diagonal line of the trees divides both parts of the picture nicely.
I wonder at what altitude this farm is located. Must be pretty high ...

Chosen pov, soft light & colors, horizontal format, black borders, simple but effective composition really pleased me! I miss a bit more of dof though... maybe some problems with sharpness too, but nothing too serious of course!

I love the flattened perspective from the zoom in this superb alpine landscape. Thew bg snow capped peaks add graphism and a beautiful focal point. Good color, saturation & sharpness. The ranch & barn bottom left complete the scene. Tfs!
