Interesting attempt but not quite a success.
since you are using the window for a frame a straighter approach would be more attractive. in this type of photo you need to choose your angles more carefully.
the sky is washed out but can be recovered slightly with a little post-processing. I've done a quick workshop to give you an idea of what i mean.
lastly, its a tad boring. part of the fun of photography is waiting for that exact moment to click the shutter. in this case it would have been while someone was either walking in the frame or standing/viewing the face. in both cases it would be ideal to have that person in the left of the frame.
