Chilling out at sunset on the Mekong river, Kampong Cham. The fishermen appeared to be trying to challenge their luck for the last time of the day. Nothing fancy from the late afternoon, sometimes I think that the simpler a landscape image the greater its impact.

Setting: 300 mm, 1/100 sec, F9, ISO Raw 200, 1810 hrs & GND filter

There is something so very artistic about this photograph! The reflections on the ripples creates a pattern upon which the silhouetted fishermen look like shadow puppets.
Very different! Very enjoyable!

The way the setting sun gives orange tones to lower part of the frame is fantastic. And the fact that you omitted the sky gives this originality. Silhouettes of people on the boat look great.

The foreground is beautifully out of focus but the part that matters (the fishermen) is much sharper with its good silhouette.

Hello Abmdsudi, this is such an eye catching picture. I love the blurred effect of the foreground water as it reflects the setting sun.
Then as we look towards the background, everything seems to be in monochrome. The people in their boat a perfect silhouette.
I like the title.

Amazing composition, the reflections of the sun in the water, have made us see the surface of the water with these reddish reflections in the foreground and a beautiful silver tone in the background. The backlighting of the canoe adds charm.
A fantastic photo, with beautiful natural colors, very good management of lighting and sharpness.
