Photographer's Note
on our last morning at siem reap we went to angkor to dawn and were lucky enough to see this beautiful sunrise. there were a lot of people there all trying to get a good shot.
this was taken on a 3.2 mp olympus d395 which isn't the best. and the only control i had was to switch the flash off. i had no tripod so i had to lie down in the mud on the edge of the lake with my knees in the air to rest the camera on. my back was filthy for the rest of the day.

This is great, not just for the colour, but also for the detail captured in the water reflections. Somtimes it is more important just to be their than to have the latest ang greatest equipment.

Helo Dewi,
you went through a lot of troubles to get it, but the result is magical!
The nature supplied you a perfect scene and you've made the most of it: excellent frame, colors and symmetry. Thanks for sharing!

This shot was not tweaked in photoshop? Either way, congratulations, but I'm very curious as to whether there were any adjustments made.
