Kazakh boys, a photo from Xinjiang, West

Photographer's Note

This picture was taken on a beautiful plateau of Northern Tianshan, south of Shihezi. Here the main 'property' to kind of show off is their horses. These boys were laying in the grass in a very relaxed manner, smoking casually (the other source of enjoyment), and waiting for this little boy, who was very happy with his first horse. The boys were saying he would be very successful in horse racing, since always young boys like him, would win the competition.

I tried to play a little bit with composition, to get the lighetr spot behind the young boy`s head, I thought it would draw more attention

hi Zsuzsanna,
I like your scene and especialy the POV, having some rest on the grass and looking a the little smiling boy coming at them with his horse. A living pic.

Hi Zsuzsanna,
I like the playful and relaxed feel that your photo has. I also like that the men lying on the grass with their horse frame the rest of the scene and draw our eyes to the boy and his horse because they are all looking in his direction.
My only concern is that the photo seem slightly out of focus and the clouds are a bit over exposed. Otherwise it is a nice scene.

a nice work on people life. the image is greatlt effective on account of displaying that cheerfullness.
