Photographer's Note
I SHOT IT AT GANGASAGAR MELA(FAIR).FOCAL LENGTH=35MM.
Gangasagar Mela is the largest fair celebrated in West Bengal(INDIA). This fair is held where the Ganga and the Bay of Bengal form a nexus. Hence the name Gangasagar Mela. This festival is celebrated during January every year and is a major attraction for millions of piligrams from all over India.
The pilgrims come for a holy dip on Makar Sankranti (last day of the Bengali Month) Negha -Mid January. They take dips in the Ganges and offer water to the Sun God. The dip, as they say, purifies their 'self' and according to them, 'punya' can be obtained thus. When they are done with the ritual obligations, they head towards the Kapilmuni Temple situated nearby, to worship the deity as a mark of respect.

Hello Subir,
Nice contrast of colour between the clothes of this women and the rest of the photo.
I would crop the left side to avoid this person swimming.
Anyway i like your shot.

Hi Subir,
The sudden burst of colour against the grey sea is such a joy. They are a family indeed and I won't be surprised if the man in the centre is married to all four of them. Although illegal, in certain parts of India, this is a common practice, isn't it? This is a picture you should be proud of.
Best Wishes

This is a nice composition with nice colors. It looks as if the subjects were underexposed due to the flat and bright backlight situation you encountered and you pulled the subjects up in PS......so that is a good lesson for all of us when facing similar lighting situations.
Great Job.

Hi SUBIR,
its the wonderful combination of colour that attracts me most. Indians are very lovable of wearing the richest coloured clothes giving the inner colour of mind.
Excellent view.
