Photographer's Note

Kailash Giri or the Kailash Hill is a hill situated on the seaside at Visakhapatnam. 'Kailash Giri' is supposed to be the abode of Siva and his consort. So, the municipal authorities have built a pair of huge images of Siva and Parvati (not masterpieces by any standards) in the garden at the top of the hill. One can climb up the hard way negotiating stairs or one can take the ropeway. Halfway up the stairs, there is a place to rest. From there we watched the sun come up and the boat sail lazily into the wash of the early morning light on the waves.

Just cropped and contrast raised.

I like your idea with the silhouette of the branches framing the boat and the pretty colours of the sky and sea. The grain gives a nice texture.

This is a gorgeous photo. The light is just right and your creative use of the plant silhouettes creates a dynamic picture. I also like the choice of vertical framing.
