Quand on dit "Ville bleue", on pense en général immédiatement à Jodhpur
Ce n'est pourtant pas le seule au Rajasthan à avoir ainsi des quartiers entiers où les maisons sont badigeonnées de cette couleur
Ici nous sommes à Bundi, une ville un peu à l'écart des circuits traditionnels des agences de voyage, mais qui vaut bien le détour

When one say "Blue city", one generally immediately think of Jodhpur
However this is not the only one in Rajasthan where whole districts are colourwashed in blue
Here we are in Bundi, a city somewhat off the beaten tracks of traditional circuits, yet well worth a small detour

je trouve un charme fou à ces maisons un peu décrépies . Malheureusement , l'état des constructions témoigne aussi sans doute de la pauvreté de leurs occupants .
Jolie sène ici , avec ce garçon tenant les battants de la porte .

Salut Patrick,

Si tu remarques bien, tu es le seul Trekkers à être allé à Bundhi... Les autres se sont rendus à Bundi... sans H... :-p))

Tout comme à Jodhpur, la ville est surplombée d'un palais et d'un fort et les gens y sont tout aussi accueillants.

Parfait moment pour saisir cette façade ornementée, au moment où se gamin était disponible pour enrichir la scène de sa présence. L'angle de vue apporte une perspective dynamisante et met en scène le jeune indien de belle façon dans la composition.

Tu as shooté juste au bon moment pour que l'enfant donne l'illusion de nous ouvrir les portes de la maison ....et de l'image.Le vert soutenu de la porte crée un joli contraste avec le bleu pâle de la façade défraîchie. Une très belle photo (une de plus!)

Yes I thought it was Jodhpur when I saw the thumbnail. Bundi sounds interesting. You caught this boy at the right moment as he opens the doors. I wonder what the interior is like. The deacying walls with interesting external colour is typical of Rajasthan. Super detail caught.

Un beau cadrage. J'aime bien cette approche en biais qui donne de la profondeur en s'appuyant sur les murs et la perspective. Le garçon et le porte verte sont idéalement placés pour capter le regard.

this may be my favorite photo of yours lately.
I've seen these blue homes before in India, Certainly if I ever visit India, this would be on my to-do-list.
I like the charm, the fact that the blue isn't perfect with brown spots, and the green door. the boy added a great personal effect.
