Mmmm, is she cute (even in spite the hairstyle).
The photo may be light because of some technical issue, but this actually contributes to the alabaster-like quality of her skin. The power line just above her head would be better gone, and the white space cropped on the right, but these two are easy to fix.
The portrait seems to be cropped out of a larger picture and resized up. Let me share a secret with you: there is no need to take pictures of beauty contestants secretly from far away in a crowd. You can go right up to them, compliment them for their beauty and they will be happy to pose for you face to face. They will even move more to your right, so that you don't get the yellow tractor in the picture. :-)

This is an intersting picture. The whole set of "Miss Tibet" pics is interesting actually... but this is one especially. Because... she looks so odd in this western dress. Everything here says "Tibetan girl": the landscape, the face, even the bold arms would not suit a western model... so to see her in this dress is very intriguating I think! And the result is ... attractive.

I think her face is quite fabulous. I do agree with mrdelurk and I would have liked to have seen some other photos of her, perhaps with a different background. That said, I think you did a great job of capturing an endearing smile and a beautiful Tibetan face!
