Climb to Saurkundipass(13000 fts) ..
trekking at that height in snow on a sunny day was difficult.... at such times there is max posibility of getting sun burns .. the heat reflection caused by the snow is tremendous... i had covered my face with three layers of sun block cream ...still i got tanned...
Saurkundipass ...is named after Saur Kund ..ie a holy pond.. which was half frozen when we went
This place offers spectacular views of Rohtang Pass, Deo Tibba and Hanuman Tibba and many well known peaks in Himachal Pradesh ..
Also, birds eye view of Manali is amazing...
The trek is simple and scenic

Very nice picture of this treking, compostion is good but could be better if you take this little left or right side. You mentioning trek is simple,,,,i don't think.
