In the past 2 years JR East announced recruitment of female drivers and conductors in response to revised Labor Standard Law abolishing restrictions on women's overtime and late-night work.
These conductors have been brought up to "star" status in the media.

wow!great framing with a combination of the right DOF. I like the fact that we can't see her face .the small black box on the upper left and the woman on the right close the framing to make it perfect.it also looks great in b&w.
and one more thing WHAT HAPPEND TO THIS SITE!!! pictures like this used to get much more critiques just a few weeks ago..

Great framing, and I love the feel that film brings to this image. The DoF is just great, and the lone figure against the column adds a nice touch.
