Even in small cities like Tamana, Japan's trains run like clockwork, and the men and women (mostly men) who run them exhibit trademark japanese dedication. These three astute train conductors were awaiting an incoming Southbound train.

I like the conductor peeking over the shoulder of his colleague. The conductor in the middle seems to be more interested in the photgrapher than in the incoming train though..
