Fushimi Inari, Kyoto. Memorial stones with mini torii shrine-gate prayers.

Thanks to Hisashi for adding the information that the red banner reads "God of eyes and insight", so this shrine is dedicated to the God of eyes and insight, and people pray here for wisdom and the power to see into the future.

The red and white streamer is a real eye catcher in the fg. Well seen and presented in pleasing light and details.

Red of the mini shrine gates has been pleasingly rendered, and red vertical banner written the god of eyes and insight works effectively as an eyecatch.
This shrine seems that the god of eyes and insight is deified. You would be surely endowed with the more wisdom and power to see into the future.
