If you get up early, it is worth a visit to the giant Tokyo Fish Market where fish of all types you can think of are landed, prepared and sold for restauarants and export all over the world.

Amongst the fish are huge tuna, many bigger than a person. These are cut up using avariety of knives and saws to create steaks and cuts for shushi. Each tuna is worth many thousands of dollars.
