The beach boys, a photo from Ayeyarwady, South

Photographer's Note

Chaung Tha beach is about 150 miles Southwest of the capital city Rangoon, Burma. It takes about 5-6 hours by bus from Rangoon. It is one of the famous beaches in Burma and the busiest beach with full of activities. Plenty of photo opportunities on the beach and I found a group of boys selling palm leave hat and took this photo. The boys help find some money for the family and at the same time having fun on the beach.

Nice shot - the hats really make it, of course, but the varied clothes and poses of the boys help a lot too.

Nice shot. You have some good images in this folder.
I was at Chung Tha last May. I don't really think it was the best time to be there. I ended up spending more time in Pathein, which I enjoyed greatly.
