Photographer's Note

This photo was taken in Mahagandhayon Monastery, in Amarapura, the "City of Immortality" and former capital of Burma. Today Amarapura has the biggest monastery in Myanmar, which shelters around 1000 monks. Outside, I found this little girl, she was taking something from a plastic bag and eating while shw watched us.

Hello Ana,
Excellent portrait of this little girl, you captured her so nicely while she was eating, with the food all spread out over her hands and face. The texts on the white and yellow walls is a nice background.

The attention is sharply focused on the little girl, though I'm sure the food was more important than a photograph, to her!
You have cropped the shot to perfection, the surrounding details useful but taking no attention from your delightful model.
