Almost at the Bodnath... passed this old lady, trying to sell nuts. Something she has done probably most of her city-life. I was so surprised to see all those shops next to each other, selling exactly the same things! That's like ignoring the first rule of economic lessons; specialisation! Although, this woman also just sat there with no clients at all. I hope the political situation will become stable again soo and tourists will be coming back to Nepal!

nice picture Femke, good to see sth next to the womant, some context. I wishh you took this picture standind more in front of the woman to catch a bit of her face, then we wouldn't see those white things in the background too. anyway, nice shot

Femke, I like tis very candid shot. I like the colors an dthe composition. the vertical frame creates pride in the posture of this lady. Good pic.

Nice social-documentary type shot. I'd crop 1/2 the brick wall away, as it adds nothing to the shot. Well seen.
