There I was late as I approached to catch him doing the pavement and he was on move packed up He is some body that don't like the idle life, he do work volunteer without any any expectation.

Hi Musa,
An interesting character study: the working man carrying his tools, with a barren landscape in the background. He looks like he is used to doing hard work. Good that he volunteers his labour.
